In 2024, Territory Battery received no action on its Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) from the Acting Minister for Planning. Following this, we submitted a development application for this renewable energy project to ACT Government’s Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development (EPSD) team.

This application was made in accordance with the state government’s requirements and included several layout plans, the EIS, management plans and survey certificates. You are welcome to view these plans here. 

The EPSD team, pursuant to Section 162 of the Planning and Development Act 2007, has approved the development of Territory Battery. This is subject to a range of conditions which is available publicly for anyone in the community to review using the link shared above.
